comprehensive study of your existing golf course and
its related facilities for use in a long range
master plan. This plan can help the club make

New Construction -
GGDC, Inc. can also provide “up-front” master
planning for your proposed project that will help
you decide if a golf course is right for your
development. For a small fee, we can produce a
color rendered plan of your vision that would be
suitable for framing or use in an informational
brochure.

Every golf course periodically encounters small
problems that need to be addressed immediately.
Most of the time, the clubs budget will not allow
for a contractor to be involved and the work is done
“in-house”. No matter how small the project, GGCD,
Inc. will consult with your committees and
maintenance crew to help you get the job done right.
